The Interior:

The villa’s layout is designed for effortless flow and absolute discretion, spanning three distinct levels:

• The Main Level: The heart of the home is a sun-drenched, open-concept space featuring a signature suspended metal fireplace. It includes a plush lounge, a formal dining area, and a chef-grade kitchen. This floor also hosts a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the main veranda.
• The Upper Level: Dedicated to serenity, the top floor features a grand master suite with a private balcony that offers the most breathtaking, panoramic sea views on the property, complete with a spa-like en-suite bathroom.
• The Garden Level (Lower Ground): An autonomous retreat perfect for guests seeking extra privacy. It features its own bedroom and bathroom. Its secluded terrace serves as an outdoor wellness spot, while the villa’s private gym is located here, fully equipped for high-performance training with a treadmill, elliptical trainer, stationary bicycle, dumbbells, and kettlebells.

The Exterior:

The grounds are a celebration of alfresco living. The 8m x 3m private infinity pool (saltwater) is heated at no extra cost and undergoes rigorous daily maintenance and cleaning. The expansive stone terrace (crafted from natural grey-brown stone) features a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and BBQ area. Guests also enjoy a private garden path that leads directly to the resort's secluded beach.

• Please note: These transfers are provided for the group as a whole. Guests who arrive or depart on different flights/schedules from the main group will need to arrange their own transportation via the standard hydrofoil or ferry services to Skopelos.
